World Breastfeeding Week (August 2024)

During World Breastfeeding Week (1st–7th August 2024), RAAHI Trust actively collaborated with Maharaja Suhail Dev Autonomous State Medical College, Bahraich to promote awareness on the importance of early initiation and exclusive breastfeeding.

Key Activities

Awareness Camps and Outreach Sessions:
Organized a series of educational sessions at the Obstetrics & Gynecology OPD, targeting pregnant and lactating women. Medical college faculty and trained community health educators from RAAHI engaged with over 600 women through daily group sessions focused on the benefits of breastfeeding, common myths, and practical guidance.
